Returns & Refunds Policy: Madinat Alqahwa

1. Our 14-Day Return Policy

At Madinat Alqahwa, we strive for excellence in every roast. Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Condition for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in original condition:

• It must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

• It must be in the original, undamaged packaging.

• Items that show signs of use, wear, or damaged packaging will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Coffee & Perishables (Non-Returnable)

Due to food safety regulations and the nature of our products:

• Open packs of ground coffee or whole beans are strictly non-returnable.

• Once the seal is broken or the bag is opened, we cannot accept the product back for a refund or exchange.

• If you believe there is a quality defect with the roast you received, please contact us at info@madinatalqahwa.com within 48 hours of receipt so we can investigate.

4. Brewing Equipment & Merchandise

Non-perishable items (grinders, kettles, drippers) must be in their original, unopened box to qualify for a return. Used equipment or items with missing parts cannot be returned.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are also exempt from returns:

• Gift cards

• Items purchased on Sale or during Clearance events.

• Cleaning products (tablets/descalers) if the seal is broken.

6. Process for Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved Refunds: A credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
